The wonderful thing about diving in Cape Town is that you have two oceans to choose from. If conditions are not good on the one, you can always try the other. Most sites are easily accessible from the roads and subsequently a lot of shore diving is done here, making Cape Town South Africa an ideal for scuba dive training.

The area is very picturesque and there are many activities for non-diving companions while you are busy blowing bubbles with the fish and other marine life. These include some of the most scenic hiking trails in the mountains, horse rides, sunbathing on clean white beaches and for those who prefer less active entertainment, there are plenty of shops and great restaurants.

PADI Discover Scuba

The PADI Discover Scuba Diving program is the very first step to scuba diving in Cape Town South Africa and the world’s most popular introduction to scuba diving. Scuba Dive training is an unknown for many, which lets you experience the thrill of diving under the supervision of a PADI Professional in a pool or pool-like conditions or almost anywhere there is water. If you have never tried scuba diving before and want to learn to scuba dive in Cape Town South Africa before committing to a longer and more expensive course than this is where to start.

Most Discover Scuba Diving Experiences take just an hour or two, and all equipment is provided.
